I am writing to thank your firm and to tell you how much I appreciate the support, help, advice and comfort given to me by Karen Mancuso, Jack Lippmann, and Tracy Connors.

My husband has Lewy body dementia and several other chronic diseases that require a home health aide which was costly for us. In addition, I needed help on the weekends and we couldn't afford that increased cost. Karen Mancuso told me we could qualify for Medicaid and helped me through the steps of deciding whether it would be worth my while to apply for Medicaid by putting our excess income into a NYSARC trust. Jack Lippmann literally held my hand over the phone to walk me through each step of the Medicaid application process. He was always a reassuring voice on the other end of the phone. I felt extremely fortunate to have his assistance.

Tracy Connors made the detailed requirements of the NYSARC trust clear and easy for me to understand. The few times Jack was unavailable she stepped in and helped me. lt seemed incredible that Jack or Karen or Tracy were available to answer every little detail of every little question I had.
