Julia M. Greenberg is an attorney with the law firm of Lamson & Cutner, P.C. As an Elder Law attorney, Julia focuses primarily on long term care planning, including Medicaid planning, asset protection and Trusts and Estates. Julia frequently leads seminars for health care professionals on the topics of Medicaid planning, trusts, and advance directives. Additionally, she speaks to general public audiences at nursing homes, senior centers and many other organizations on various elder law topics. Julia regularly writes for The Best Elder Law Blog, and has appeared numerous times as a guest on the "Health Talk" radio show on WMCA 570 AM.
Julia received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Vermont. Julia is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
Julia is an active member of the Elder Law section of the New York State Bar Association, and a member of the New York City Bar Association. Julia is known as a compassionate counselor and forceful advocate for the elderly and disabled.
